Brandsville has all the little comforts a hotel needs and should have- spacious rooms, pleasant decor, helpful staff, at least a swimming pool, a bar, restaurant, etc, etc. A big plus is EVERYONE needs to relax at NIGHTS when at a hotel so if you are this kind of person then Brandsville is for you.
I found that this hotel in a pool of a few "hotels in Guyana"- "Brandsville", "Kings Plaza", "Pegasus", "Princess Hotel", and the 2 Roraima hotels. That is it unless I miss out 1 other.
I stayed at the Brandsville Apartment Hotel on a business trip for one week and thoroughly enjoyed it. If and when I planned my family vacation for Guyana, I will definitely stay there again.

I stayed at this Hotel before and find the decor very attractive. However, I was very disappointed in their policy of charging an extra $30.00 for an overnight guest.
Most hotels anticipate that their guests will have at least one overnight visitor and built the cost into the price of the room.
Additionally, I find their policy of monitoring and limiting the number of visitors that their guests can accommodate at a single time to be harassment.
Finally, their website is not uptodae with current hotel rates and does not adequately show the rooms being marketed.

I enjoyed my stay at Brandsville Apartments. I visited Guyana during my winter break from school along with my Great-Uncle and the staff there were absolutely amazing. I've been telling everyone about my stay there and a lot of my friends who intend to visit have been inquiring about your facilities. This was the first time that I've visited Guyana and returned without having to sleep under a mosquito net, and didn't have any mosquito bites to show... I'm not complaining the air-conditioned comfort of your suites were wonderful. Thanks again for a wonderful visit and I look forward to staying with your establishment again on my next visit.

The environment at brandsville is beautiful not to mention very relaxing.Brandville apartments offer, affordable pricing, a safe environment and first class service. A staff that is friendly and at the same time professional. I lookward to staying at brandville on my next visit to guyana and recommend it to all.
